FAQs

How do I pay my Bill?

If you DO NOT have a portal account Click Here to pay online. You will need to have your invoice in order to provide all information.

If you currently have an active patient portal account Click Here then login with your portal account. Click ‘Pay Bills’ on the dashboard.

How can I obtain access to the Patient Portal?

In order to access the Patient Portal first you will need to pay the $30 AESF fee. To do so you must contact our Billing office, or you can pay at the reception desk next time you visit the practice.

After paying the AESF fee you will receive an email invite within 24 hours. Click on the link in the invite email, and fill out the requested information to complete registration. Be aware the invite expires within 30 days. If it expires you will need to send an email to portalsupport@mhmg.net and we will send a new invite to your email address.

I need to ask a medical question or have a question about an appointment.

If you have an active portal and want to ask a medical question or have a question about an appointment, please Click Here to login to your account. Select ‘Ask a Question’ from the dashboard. Your question will be sent to the physicians secretary who will reply back to you or route the question to the physician who will reply.

If you do not have an active portal account please contact the practice. You can find your physicians direct number by selecting them from This Page. Note: For ANY medical questions, or when you need to relate any personal information, please call or use the portal, do not use email or ‘message the practice’.

Where is my medical information?

Your medical information, such as labs, vitals, prescriptions,  etc. will be sent to you as a message in the portal within 24 hours of the information arriving at MHMG.

Within 24 hours of joining the portal you will see a message in the ‘Messages’ area titled ‘You have new health data’. Click on the message, then click on the ‘View health data’ button, this will open your Chart Summary. The information in your Chart Summary will be updated automatically within 24 of the information arriving at MHMG.

My Portal invite expired, what should I do?

You can use the chat window at the bottom of the Medfusion login page to request a new invite, and the support staff will send a new invite to your email address. If you are unable to access the chat window, send an email to portalsupport@mhmg.net and we will send a new invite to your email address.

I did not receive the Portal Invite to my email.

If you did not receive the portal invite, first please check the spam/junk/clutter folder in the email address you have registered with us. If you are unable to find the invite there, please contact the practice and confirm with a secretary that you have the correct email address registered and that you have paid the annual AESF fee. If none of the above resolves the problem, please email portalsupport@mhmg.net .
